Obituary for Mark Wade Majors

Mark Wade Majors
On May 10. 2021 The lord called Mark home.

Mark was born the oldest and only son to Caroline Stoops and Clifford Majors on April 6, 1955 in Oildale, California. He was later joined in life by his two sisters Cherry and Sandy.

Mark was a very talented human being, an amazing artist who learned to play music by ear; never having lessons for either music or art. He loved restoring cars and motorcycles. These were his passion.

Mark loved animals, Harleys, music and playing his guitars. He loved being around people. He also made his movie premier in 1995 as an extra in Disney's "Tall Tale."

Mark had a heart of gold and empathy for others, always putting their needs above his own. Even in his own time of struggles he was always there when someone needed a helping hand or was homeless or hungry. He would have given the shirt off his back to anyone who asked.

He respected life even to the tiniest of all god's creatures. He never would kill an insect, he would carry them outside and set them free. Just as he was, "A free spirit no to be caged, stepped on or held down."

Members of bikers 911 and life time friends of more than fifty years from Oildale, California have reached out with tremendous amount of love and support to the family.

Mark's spirit will live on in his art, music, guitars, the songs he wrote, his dog Lil Bit, his family and friends.

He will be truly missed by all of us and may he forever ride free, dance, play music and do art in heaven.

Mark is survived by his mother Caroline, his sisters Cherry and Sandy Majors, Four nephews Jackson, Whitney, Malakii and Raistlin Kemper and Zak Dean Vawter, Three Neices Halona Goff and Jennifer Walton Vawter, Majenna Sawn and three great great neices.

A family celebration will be held in Cuchara, Colorado in September.
In October we will meet on the Colorado River to release his ashes
